Mike Parsons

Kirk AllenMike has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer for Evolution Health, he served as the CEO and President for Southern Care, Inc., a national hospice provider from 2009-2014. He served more than 30 years in the hospital industry in various executive capacities for hospital companies National Medical Enterprise (now Tenet), HCA and Triad Hospitals. His last hospital executive position was as Chief Operating Officer for Triad Hospitals from 1999-2007. He has served on several healthcare boards, including Triad Hospitals, The Federation of American Hospitals and Vanguard Health Systems. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University

Mike Rzendzian

Eric BeckMike Rzendzian serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Evolution Health with responsibilities that include the overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and management of multiple corporate functions.  These functions include Accounting, Information Systems, Payer Contracting, Revenue Cycle and long-range planning.

Mike has more than 25 years of experience and has previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer with multiple mid-size healthcare companies including Healthy Living at Home, Emerus Hospital Partners, Diabetes America and Nexus Health Systems – the latter where he was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top turnaround CFO’s in Houston, TX.

Tom Wilken

Eric BeckTom has 30 years of experience in Healthcare Human Resources.  Prior to becoming the Vice President of Human Resources for Evolution Health, he served as the Group Vice President of Human Resources for CHRISTUS Health. During his career, Tom has served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO for Trinity Mother Frances Health System as well as Vice President of Human Resources/CHRO for the Seton Healthcare Family. 

Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia and his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Lamar University.

Bobi Rose, RN

Eric BeckBobi has made delivering and improving the quality of clinical care her life’s work. She has extensive experience as an executive leader for clinical and operational improvement in the home care setting. Prior to assuming her role as SVP for Ascension at Home, she held executive roles with several national home health providers. She has published in clinical journals and is recognized as a national expert in OASIS.

Bobi graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University, her Diploma in Registered Nursing from the Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis, TN. Bobi is Certified in Wound Care, Catherization and holds a Certificate for OASIS Specialist- Clinical. 

Darcy Burthay, RN, MSN

Darcy BurthayBefore she assumed her current position, Darcy served as the President and CEO of Providence Health System in Washington, DC. In that leadership role, she worked to develop a new vision for Providence with a focus on improving health through the use of outpatient services.  Prior to her two years at Providence, Darcy served as Managing Director of Ascension at Home, developing a joint venture with Envision Healthcare to provide home health, hospice and home infusion in Ascension markets.
 
She has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer for St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. In that leadership role she was responsible for more than 1,500 nurses serving in various positions. While at St. Vincent, she led the Ministry to Magnet designation and through verification of a Level II trauma center by the American College of Surgeons. She also worked closely with Orbis and Marian University to develop Marian University for St. Vincent.

Prior to her six years at St. Vincent, Darcy was President for three years at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana, which is part of St. Vincent Health and Ascension Health. Over a 25-year tenure at the hospital, she served in a number of other hospital and home health leadership positions. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the American College of Health Executives and Executive Women in Healthcare.
